Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Big Game Week. These terms set out the rules for using our website at https://biggameweek.com. By using the site you accept them in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.
Big Game Week is a guide to the events that surround the Super Bowl. For 2027 that means Super Bowl LXI at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood on 14 February, and the week of parties, tastings, concerts and fan events across Los Angeles that leads up to it.
1. What this site is, and what it is not
We publish a directory of events. We do not own, run, promote or staff any of them. We confirm details with organisers before publishing, but organisers change their plans: dates move, venues change, and events are cancelled. We are not responsible when that happens.
Always confirm the details with the venue or the official ticket seller before you travel or spend money.
2. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Big Game Week and its licensors own the rights to the material published here, including the written listings, the venue guides and the reviews.
You may read and print pages from this site for your own personal use. You may not:
- republish our material without written consent
- sell, rent or sub-license our content
- reproduce or copy our material for commercial gain
- redistribute our content, unless it was made for redistribution
3. Events you submit to us
Organisers can submit events for listing. By submitting one you give Big Game Week a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to publish, reproduce and edit that submission, including using it to promote the listing on this site and in our emails.
You must make sure everything you send us is true and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We review every submission, and we remove anything inaccurate, misleading or offensive. We can decline a listing without giving a reason.
4. Ticket links and third parties
Listings link out to the organiser’s own ticket page or to a third party ticket platform. Big Game Week does not take payments and does not issue tickets. Some outbound links may earn us a commission, and that never affects whether or how we list an event.
Any problem with a payment, a refund, ticket validity or entry on the night is between you and whoever sold you the ticket.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Big Game Week and its officers, directors and employees are not liable for anything arising from your use of this site, including your attendance at any event listed here.
The site is provided as is. We make no warranty about the safety or the quality of the events listed. You attend large public and private gatherings at your own risk.
6. Privacy
Your use of this site is also covered by our Privacy Policy. By using the site you consent to us handling your information as described there, and you confirm that anything you tell us about yourself is accurate.
7. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. By using this site you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Francisco and San Jose for any matter or dispute related to it.
8. Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the site changes. The version on this page is the one that applies.
